The home features a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, comfy sofa, and sofa bed. The large patio has seating with a fire pit. Enjoy all of the comforts of home in the fully stocked kitchen ready to prepare meals. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans, comfortable beds with hotel-quality linens, and dressers. The master bedroom has two nightstands with USB charging outlets. Each bathroom comes stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The home features high-speed wifi, cable & a DVD player in the living room, along with a variety of DVD's. Both queen bedrooms have TV's with Roku streaming devices. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer located in the garage. The property provides full RV hookups. This home is great for snowbirds looking for a respite from the cold.

Plenty of parking on the driveway and on the street in front of the home. No parking is permitted on the landscape, i.e. rocks. Access to the garage for laundry facilities only. No vehicle or boat parking is permitted in the garage for short stays. For monthly stays, garage access may be allowed upon request. Availability to park RV on the side of the house upon request.
