KITCHEN: Dishwasher/flatware, cooking basics, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, fridge with water and ice. 

GENERAL: Free WI-FI, central A/C, linens/towels, trash, bags, paper towels, complimentary toiletries.

We do not allow garage access at this time, but if you are bringing a boat/trailer, please let us know, we can provide outdoor access.

OASIS RULES: 

Please, no animals! 

- [ ] Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and we must respond promptly. 

- [ ] POOL CLEANING: we provide professional pool cleaning services twice a week, every Tuesday and Friday. An employee of Everclear will be on premises to maintain the pool. They will access the backyard through the side gate and there is no set time but it’s usually mid morning. They are very professional and do not disturb our tenants unless otherwise asked to do so. 

- [ ] POOL RULES:  A pool module is provided to control the settings for the pool/spa. For pool Heat, We charge $150 day no hotter than 85 degrees for a 24 hour span. The pool requires an estimated 6 hours to heat up. This does not include spa heat, which is $25 per every 2 hours. Based on usage, we will send a message through Airbnb of what the final total will be, you are responsible for any fees/charges that you and your guests incur during your stay.

***NEVER leave children alone or near the pool (not even for a moment), as there is no lifeguard on duty. Pool alarms are located on the property sliding glass door for your safety and per AZ rules and regulations. Monitoring your children and guests is especially important while using the slide properly. We ask that you DO NOT enter the area above the grotto. You will see a "DO NOT ENTER" sign there. Also, please make sure the pool module does not get broken or lost, it is a $1,000 fee to replace. Thank you.
